Responsibilities:

Develop new skincare formulations and optimize existing ones;
Conduct sampling, skin-feel tuning and stability/compatibility testing;
Support client customization needs with formulation proposals and technical docs;
Track ingredient and efficacy trends to build a mature formula library.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in Cosmetics, Chemistry or related fields;
2+ years skincare formulation experience; familiar with GMPC and cosmetic regulations;
Solid lab and data-analysis skills.
