Founded in 2006, Guangzhou DEVA Biological Technology Co., Ltd. (DEVA International) is a high-tech enterprise spanning the full cosmetics ODM/OEM value chain. We specialize in R&D and smart manufacturing of baby-grade skincare and fresh & effective cosmetics. DEVA provides professional technical support, customized product solutions, and an agile end-to-end supply-chain platform, serving over 300 leading and emerging beauty brands every year across segments such as baby-grade skincare, efficacious cosmetics, and premium personal care.

DEVA operates two modern cosmetics smart-manufacturing plants in Guangzhou Development District and holds a stake in a localized manufacturing plant in Indonesia, building a global production and delivery network covering both domestic and overseas markets. We are currently building a brand-new 22-mu headquarters base in Huangpu District, Guangzhou, with a planned floor area of about 43,000 m² and an expected launch in 2028. Upon completion, the project will deploy 16 intelligent production lines with an annual capacity of 300 million PCS, further strengthening our scaled and digital smart-manufacturing capability for high-end efficacious beauty products.

Guided by our mission "to make beauty more natural, healthier, and life better", DEVA is advancing its "new-quality manufacturing" upgrade and driving the transformation from contract manufacturing to a factory-brand model. We have been recognized as a "National High-Tech Enterprise" and a "Guangdong SRDI (Little Giant) Enterprise", certified to ISO 22716 and GMPC quality management systems, and awarded FDA and HALAL certifications, holding over 70 national patents and more than 20 special-use cosmetics certificates.
