Lead sample development projects for hair and body care cosmetics, owning the full process from requirement analysis and formulation design to sample delivery, and ensuring efficient delivery of customized solutions that match market trends.
Independently plan and execute sample evaluation protocols, build a multi-dimensional quality assessment system, and precisely control product stability, safety and efficacy to improve R&D iteration efficiency.
Build and improve the formulation technical documentation library, set internal control standards for raw materials, processes and finished products, prepare registration dossiers, and deliver internal technical training to standardize R&D outputs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Fine Chemicals or a related field; 5+ years of cosmetics R&D experience, with at least 3 years focused on hair and body care, and solid hands-on OEM/ODM project experience.
Proficient in the formulation architecture and process principles of hair and body care categories (shampoo, body wash, etc.); capable of independently developing new products or high-difficulty duplications; familiar with Chinese cosmetics regulations and the registration process.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills; skilled at solving technical challenges in R&D; rigorous quality mindset and strong team spirit.
