I. Clearly Distinguish the Parties — Our Company Has No Relation to the Rumoured "Guangzhou Tianxi Cosmetics Co., Ltd." and Is Not the Same Legal Entity

Our company's legally registered name is Guangzhou DEVA Biological Technology Co., Ltd., which is a completely independent legal entity from the "Guangzhou Tianxi Cosmetics Co., Ltd." named in the video. The two share no overlap in registered name, unified social credit code, registered address, shareholders or related personnel.

Our company is a proper cosmetics manufacturer, holding all required operating qualifications by law — business license, cosmetics production license and more — and has long operated in compliance with the law. It has never conducted, nor authorised any organisation or individual to conduct, pyramid-scheme activities in any form.

II. Our Company Is a Victim of Infringement by Impersonators

Upon verification, in recent years certain illegal pyramid-scheme organisations have indeed long impersonated the "DEVA" name, or used pretexts such as "investment rebates" and "online-dating invitations" to commit offences, even directly stealing our full company name to defraud. Several past impersonation cases using our name have already been punished under relevant law.

Against all forms of impersonation, our company has always, as a first step, explicitly denied any association with pyramid-scheme organisations and reported them to the authorities. We abhor such impersonation and firmly support law enforcement in combating it according to law.

III. The Video Has Misled the Public; We Have Preserved Evidence and Will Defend Our Rights

The company name in the video (Guangzhou Tianxi Cosmetics Co., Ltd.) is not identical to ours, yet the overlap of the core trade name has objectively misled the public and harmed our legitimate reputation.

We have already preserved and notarised the video and its related spread as evidence, and will pursue the video publisher and malicious spreaders for infringement of our right of reputation according to law.

At the same time, we have reported the case to the public security authorities as a first step and will actively cooperate with their investigation, firmly holding the impersonators and misinformation spreaders legally accountable. Any organisation or individual attempting to use our name for illegal activity will be severely punished by law.
